Terms and Conditions

Weekly Sessions
- You are required to pay in advance for each month of sessions. All payments need to be received by the first day of the forthcoming month (unless the invoice states otherwise) to ensure attendance at Learning Barn.

If you are going on holiday during term time, or do not wish to attend for a period of time, you will need to continue paying for sessions, in order to keep your child’s place. Please make us aware of any holidays, so that we can add this information to our attendance records. If you choose to not pay for sessions whist away, your space will be offered to a family on our waiting list. If a space is still available upon your return, you will be offered it.
In the event of absence without notice or illness, occasional days off will need to be paid in full. If requested, we will try to fit you in to another session, running on the same week.

In the case of traffic, road works or any other blockages to reaching the farm, or any other incident which is out of our control, we will be unable to refund, but will try to reschedule if possible.

If you wish to terminate sessions, you must give Antonia Stewart at least 2 weeks of notice via email.

Trial Sessions
Upon booking and paying for a trial session, you have a 48 hour 'cooling off period', in which you can request a refund. After this, you money will not be refunded or carried to another date if you decide to cancel the trial.

Late Pick Up
Please pick up your child on time, we often hold sessions back to back and aren't able to care for children after their session time ends. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may charge a late fee of £1 per minute.

Conduct on Farm
Upon arrival, please drive down to the carpark at no more than 5mph. You will need to wait in the carpark, until collected by a member of staff. All dogs must stay in the car whilst on the farm. All areas of the farm, except the carpark, are strictly prohibited, unless you are in the company of a staff member.

Please do not roam onto the farm or into the stables if you aren't being escorted by a member of staff. You are welcome to bring your child over for drop off. We will bring your child out to the carpark at the end of the session.
Smoking, vaping and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited on the farm.
If you do not follow these rules, we reserve the right to terminate your sessions at any time.
Personal Belongings and Clothing
If you child brings toys to the farm, we cannot garantee that items will not be damaged or lost. We try our very best to keep track of clothing and bags, but on a farm, damage and loss does happen. Please send your child to sessions in clothes that you do not mind getting dirty. Children must wear shoes with a thick sole, even during warmer seasons. This includes trainers, hiking shoes, wellies etc. If your child is not wearing the correct shoes and is injured, we cannot be held responsible.

Children should be sent to sessions with a water bottle, if needed. We cannot provide drinks on the farm.
